Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Executive to support pre-sales efforts for the sales and account management teams — helping acquire new customers and grow revenue from existing ones. This is not a Business Development or lead generation role. It requires the ability to connect dots across complex digital landscapes, take creative leaps, and arrive at concrete, compelling solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the sales process, a passion for exploring new ideas, and the drive to turn client challenges into winning proposals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Work closely with Practice Teams to create solutions, statements of work, and proposals
- Participate in discovery workshops alongside the team lead and practice teams to identify opportunities and define scope of work
- Perform extensive research on prospects and clients — derive and apply intelligence to pitches to maximize the chances of winning deals
- Demonstrate diligence in standardizing solution artifacts for reuse across engagements
- Collaborate with the delivery organization to build and maintain a repository of capabilities, credentials, and case studies that strengthen pitch quality
- Translate inputs from practice teams into clear solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and high-level visual frameworks using whiteboarding and diagramming tools
Requirements
- 2–3 years of pre-sales experience in a MarTech product or digital services company
- Demonstrated ability to think customer-centrically and frame solutions around client outcomes
- Strong understanding of MarTech, Analytics, Commerce, Customer Experience, Content Management, Digital Marketing, and AI/ML — and how they can be applied to maximize digital impact. Hands-on technical experience is not required
- Ability to conceptualize new solutions by staying current with developments in the digital space
- Proven experience using whiteboarding tools and creating high-level solution architecture and workflow diagrams based on practice team inputs
- Proven experience using AI tools to create solution artifacts while maintaining confidentiality of customer and company data
- Strong documentation skills across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
