n late 2003, following two earlier entrepreneurial journeys, a team in India led by CEO Ganesh Mandalam came together around a simple but ambitious idea.

The belief was clear: Digital initiatives should create lasting impact, not temporary momentum or perpetual dependence.

From the beginning, the focus was not just on delivering solutions, but on helping enterprises build the internal capability to run, evolve, and improve those solutions on their own. Technology was a means to an end—not the end itself.

That belief became Xerago. Over two decades, as digital ecosystems grew more complex and dependency increased, this philosophy evolved into a sharper ambition: eliminating digital debt and enabling Digital Independence, so organizations can operate with clarity, control, and confidence long after Xerago steps away.
