Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge technology and execution while championing the transition toward AI-augmented workflows. The ideal candidate understands how modern applications are built, has hands-on exposure to engineering workflows, and can confidently lead complex, multi-team initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery across web platforms, backend systems, and data pipelines — while actively leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and team productivity.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle from requirement shaping and planning through to delivery of cross-functional engineering initiatives
- Run Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews — using AI insights to improve estimation, planning, and execution predictability
- Drive technical estimation, capacity planning, and resource optimization in collaboration with architects and engineering teams
- Orchestrate delivery of backend services, APIs, data pipelines and migrations, and AI/ML features while managing cross-team dependencies and removing blockers
- Proactively manage risks, RAID tracking, release governance, environment readiness, testing, and deployment coordination
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and program reporting, leveraging AI tools to improve data visibility, documentation, and team productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related technical leadership role
- Practical understanding of APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for task automation, documentation, and data analysis
- Experience managing projects involving web and mobile applications, data-heavy workflows (CDP, Analytics), and AI/ML components
- Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum with mastery of tools like Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to plan, estimate, and prioritize multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into clear business impact
