1. Terms

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users of JourneyAssist.com ("site", "website", "service" or "platform").

2. Acceptance

By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ownership

The intellectual property rights on all the trademarks, logos and content ("Materials") on this platform belongs to JourneyAssist.

4. Usage

You may use the site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms. You are not allowed to copy or use any material from the site for any purpose.

5. Accounts and Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account / download our app. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and that you will keep it accurate and up to date at all times.

When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

If you believe that your account is no longer secure, then you should immediately notify us at sales@journeyassist.com.

6. Pricing

JourneyAssist reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. JourneyAssist will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Service up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

7. Subscription Service

The Service may include certain subscription-based plans with automatically recurring payments for periodic charges ("Subscription Service"). The "Subscription Billing Date" is the date when you purchase your first subscription to the Service.

The Subscription Service will begin on the Subscription Billing Date and continue for the subscription period that you select on your account (such period, the "Initial Subscription Period"), and will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the Initial Subscription Period (the Initial Subscription Period and each such renewal period, each a "Subscription Period") unless you cancel the Subscription Service or we terminate it.

You may cancel the Subscription Service by logging into your account or contacting us at sales@journeyassist.com. Your cancellation must be received before the renewal date in order to avoid charge for the next subscription period.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with JourneyAssist, all sales and transactions made through our platform are considered final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason.

9. Users Under 16 Years of Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to use our Website and Services or to disclose Personal Information.

If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us.

10. Disclaimer

The materials on JourneyAssist's site are provided "as is". JourneyAssist makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

11. Revisions

The materials appearing on JourneyAssist's site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JourneyAssist does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. JourneyAssist may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. JourneyAssist does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

12. User Obligations

You are solely responsible for the information you provide or upload to the services.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the site or of such services is subject to those additional and updated Terms and Conditions.

14. Jurisdiction

Any claim relating to JourneyAssist.com's site shall be governed by the laws of the High Court of Chennai, Government of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
